How to support teachers to their better teaching

I am a an eduacational supervisor. My main duty is supporting teachers to teach better. For 33 years that I have worked as a supervisor and only in country working. Never have a chance to share with other country eduacators.  Here is a place to bring me out of Thailand, my country.

My project target here is " Ideas to  to support teachers to their better teaching" from my members who can be educators or teachers.

Please post your ideas here. And I will be here as a chairman to share and make a conclusion after I got some ideas. More ideas more conclusions.
