I think it woudl be interesting for teachers and students from around the World to exchange views on the World Cup. My school is an all through academy 4-16 and each tutor group has been given a World Cup team. There is a lot of excitement linked to it and we can discuss all the positives first. It would also be interesting to raise other issues e.g. environmental impact as well as economic advantages and disadvantages. Let's start with the positives and see where it leads us? :) Which team are you supporting and why?
