The aim is for pupils to create a video/PowerPoint presentation (in the Target Language) of their home town. Alternatively, they can research another town/city where the Target Language is spoken and create a presentation based on their findings. For example, pupils in London will create a presentation in Spanish describing the city and talking about the different features and attractions. Pupils in Madrid will create a presentation in English about their own city. The idea is to practice language used for describing a city or town. It can be as simple or complex as you like and can range from single vocabulary items to whole sentences.
