An enviromental project of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur providing electricity, clean water and internet access, using the power of the sun, for their missions in Nigeria and the Democratic Republic of Congo. This message was sent to Sister Kristin Hokanson from one of our Sisters in the Congo.

The Photovoltaic Project  enables the following:

  1. Sisters now have a freezer for the preservation of food
  2. Students use electric irons for sewing sessions
  3. Students are able to use computers and are able to study in the evening

Sisters and students thank all who have enabled the project to happen.
