BALMUILDY IS A PARTNER DER ZUKUNFT.

Balmuildy Primary, along with its local partner schools, is now an official Partner der Zukunft with the Goethe Institute and the German government. This initiative was launched in Glasgow in June this year. It was launched by the German vice-consul, who met Bruno and was delighted to hear all about our bear exchange. This is just the kind of collaborative project the initiative hopes to support. Following the launch, I became the first British teacher sponsored by the initiative, to attend a residential language and culture course in Munich. This was a wonderful experience. Sadly, I didn't have room for Bruno but as you will see he did have fun in Scotland.

Bruno visits Loch Lomond

Bruno has been very busy. He visited Loch Lomond last week, and went pond dipping. He also visited the sea life centre, where he met some very big crabs!
