A short documentary on a dish of their region in their country. Students do a short presentation of their region. They Present their dish and it's background. They film a shopping trip to buy the ingredients. They film themselves cooking the dish (celebrity chef style!) Film a group of people eating it and commenting on it. We would like to work with a group of students using English, French and Spanish as the primary languages. The students here are gastronomy students from 18 up in the Atacama region in Chile. Therefore French speaking countries in the desert would be more than welcome (Morrocco, Algeria, tunisia) as well as the Uk, France Spain and Chile
