Children and Young People Are Network
Ms Melody , the most recent Chinese Language teacher to arrive at Wade Deacon, from Tongling, met the Children and Young People Area Network committee this week. She plans to visit local Junior schools and introduce them to Chinese Language and Culture. The committee were most interested in the plan and were very supportive. It was agreed that Mr Carlton Bramwell from Wade Deacon would help co ordinate any visits.
这个星期青少年地方委员会接见了Melody小姐， 她在Wade Deacon 当中文助教。她打算去访问当地的小学并向他们介绍汉语和中国文化。地方委员会对此计划很感兴趣并予以大力支持。大家一致认同由来自Wade Deacon的Carlton Bramwell先生帮助促成此事。
As a result of the above meeting Ms Melody has started working with pupils at Fairfield Junior School .
Here she is teaching them how to say Hello in Chinese.
Melody已经开始在Fairfield小学任教，教这里的学生如何用汉语问好等等。
On the 19th October 2008 Wade Deacon celebrated Citizenship Day , when the whole school focused attention on learning about other cultures and communities around the world. Year 8 class did a whole range of activities including learning to from Ms Melody how to cook Chinese Food. Everybody really enjoyed the day.
十月十九号Wade Deacon 庆祝了公民日，整个学校都关注全世界的文化和社区活动。八年级的学生参加了一系列活动，其中就包含了向Melody小姐学做中国菜。这一天大家都很开心。
