The 'Connecting Classrooms: Asian Dialogues' project began in September 2008. We are just starting to build up a collection of resources.
What do we need to share ?

think I learned a lot from you. Also, your gift always reminds me
of you. Thank you for everything. Anyway, I like your suggestion. But how much information do you want them to share? Will you share your students' profiles first?
Hi. This is Mikyung. I just wonder if this site is only for
restricted members or it is availble to any teacher who is related to
Connecting Classrooms. In fact, there are 9 more schools in Korea
which are working on this project. If it's available to any school,
then I think I have to inform them.
Hi Mikyung. I thought that our idea, when we designed the site at our
meeting in Taipei, was for it to be a showcase for the best work of
the pupils at the four schools, but all the other schools in the
cluster can see our work. We can also post the work in the CCAD site,
where any school in the three counties can comment. Would you prefer
to open out our work.
Hello, Stephen. I don't think we have to open out our work. I just
wondered if I should inform the other schools in Gyeonggi of this
site. That's all. Anyway, next week we are going on a school field
trip, so I'm thinking of starting this project from the week after.
Maybe we can make a movie clip during the trip and upload it on this
site because it is a very important occasion for students. They might
like to put some pictures or movie clips in their time capsule.

My name is Rosa and I am a memeber of the eLanguages team.
eLanguages is an online community for teachers, so any school
teacher can join for free and start netowrking.
If your other teachers would like to join, ask them to sign up using
a school email account and the process will be easier. If this is not
possible, we will need a signed letter from the head teacher
confirming their position at the school. This can be a scanned
attachment or faxed to our office.
I look forward to welcoming your colleagues to our community.

About time capsule (CC project in BC)

Hi, this is Claire (Mei Ling Wu).
I met Mikyung in Seoul last week.
She told me what you do on elanguage as we discussed in Taipei.
Just coming back from Seoul for the training of CC, I was told that BC is going to offer some fundings for Taiwanese students to visit either Korea or UK. However, all the students must be active to join the project of CC. If my students can win the competition of BC, that means they can have the chance to visit your school in the near future.
Hi, this is Meiling (Claire). Is everyone still on his or her vacation? It seems that we have disconnected for a while? I don't know how to get started so far. We have to try to make our students get involved soon.

Our school is planning to visit UK next semester . Stephen and Ducan would you please give me some ideas where we can take our students to visit. And another concern is that is it safe for our students to live in youth hostels in UK? thank you.
