Culture

Summary

The 'Culture' Project will explore many aspects of school, work and daily life within a particular country. Can we work together to showcase what it means to live or be of a certain nationality. We could showcase our thoughts, ideas and experiences visually/words in the form of a powerpoint to a specific deep thinking question. Ideas for Questions (not exhausative) What does it mean to be (nationality)? What are the main historical influences to our country? What are our main aims as a nation? What kind of people are we? What are our common personality traits? What are our national hopes and fears? What is a day in the life of a school child like? What days are special to people in our country? What areas of our country are special? What would the average day be like for a person living in our country? What is our nations favourite food/music/clothing/fashion/media etc? From asking these questions in a powerpoint form.... I feel that it would be a useful exercise for the class to research, think and present a powerpoint and equally for other partnerships to enrich their understanding of each others 'culture'.
