Hi everybody! In the pictures I've posted on this site there is traditional Romanian food such as: "sarmale" - cabbage leaves filled with a mixture of meat, rice, onion and other spices, "filled peppers" - with the same mixture of meat and rice and "sfintisori" - knot-shaped bread with honey and nuts on the top. I wanted to give you these explanations as I didn't attach them to the pictures. I'm glad to join this kind of project and share information about not only our traditional food but about our everyday life, our educational system and our culture, too. Best regards, Cristina
