We are very glad that your students liked our Christmast projects. As for the school name. "Szkoła Podstawowa" means primary school. In Poland schools chose their own names or patrons. Thay are usually charcters from Polish history or people who are famous for their contribution to the Polish culture (poets, writers etc.) Our school had a name and a patron. It was country's air defence military unit. Since they thay were closed down, we lost our patron.
