Hello Friends, It is my pleasure to welcome all of us from our Christmas and New Year holidays. The Staff and students of Independence Layout Secondary School, Enugu felicitate with all of you. I dont know your target this year as regards this project/partnership, for me this year is going to be a year of great achievements and accomplishments. Although the challenges are high, I have decided to look beyond the challenges and obstacles since they are standing as DETRACTORS It is also going to be a year of reflection, when I will sit back to reflect on the challenges, thesuccess and achievements I have attained as far as the project is concerned and this brings me to the question, Who is a REFLECTIVE TEACHER AND WHAT ARE HIS OR HER CHALLENGES?
