Being good  friends and consuler, coach, mentecr.</p> <p>2. Organizing meeting, seminar, trainning.</p> <p>3. Producing knowleges and matterials for better teaching.</p> <p>4.  Research and promote teachers to do classroom research.</p> <p>6. School visit. (Now I can visit school evvery day with tele video conferencee via internet,  you might let me visit your classroom sometimes)</p> <p>7. Announce and praise good teachers on Teacher Day. </p> <p>What your educaters do for teachers in your country?</p>
