Global warming will affect our weather resulting in hotter summers and harsher winters. As the earth gets warmer, the ice caps on the north and south poles will begin to melt, flooding the earth. We can already see the effects of global warming today such as tsunamis, weather change and volcanic eruptions. Also, global warming is resulting in a rise of sea levels, hugely affecting peoples lives. Due to changes in the weather and sea levels, some animals may not be able to adapt to these changes and may become extinct. The changes in the weather will make food harder to grow therefore there could be famine worldwide. Droughts may also be a huge problem because rivers could dry out due to temperature change. Global warming may take some time to reach these disastorous changes but it is still a major issue and we should act on it now.
