Welcome to our Mathletics Partnership!

Our schools will be working on one of the international project ideas developed by Mathletics. There are three schools involved in the very first Mathletics International Schools Partnership: 1) Lacey Gardens Junior School, Louth, Lincolnshire, UK 2) Edgecumbe Primary School, Edgecumbe, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand 3) Al Khor (British Stream) School, Al Khor, Qatar The following introductions will allow you to find out a bit about the partners before we get started on our first collaborative international project!

Project 1: Play Top Trumps

Print off your Live Mathletics statistics for every individual in the class and make Top Trumps cards. Send your classes Top Trumps to your partner school/s. Once all cards have been received, you can create a Top Trumps pack from around the world and get to know the other Mathletes by playing in class.

Hi Connor Thought I'd better let you know that we haven't forgotten you! We're busy working on our trump cards and then will think how best to send them to you. It would be really great to get some more information about your actual class - I don't know if this is the best place to communicate or not. Looking forward to getting stuck into the project together. Libby
