It's an interesting topic you started on eLanguages. Really  today's teacher's job is quite challenging and continuous evaluation is required for qualitative teaching and come up to the expectations of all.

The challenge for teachers and educators

Dear Namita

What is teacher? What you do as you say above, what are duties of teachers? I am sure you are good teacher and also deligent teachers. I always see you joining with my teacher, Swat, right? She is my teachers friend. What you do is coming from the ways of thinking, defining of what they are doing for the lowers. The feedback from the lowers  might make them aware of what they are treating with the lowers.

Anyway  while what we expecting to have we might us our self, Who am I? What am I doing? What does it mean? (teacher)

Am I happy with it?

I am sure you are still happy with your duty. I am sure your hard working now will bring you to succession in the near future.

Thank you to join my project.

Dear A.K. Sharma, Namita

I will tell you the scope of what we are  doing to support my teahers.

1. Being good  friends and consuler, coach, mentecr.

2. Organizing meeting, seminar, trainning.

3. Producing knowleges and matterials for better teaching.

4.  Research and promote teachers to do classroom research.

6. School visit. (Now I can visit school evvery day with tele video conferencee via internet,  you might let me visit your classroom sometimes)

7. Announce and praise good teachers on Teacher Day.

What your educaters do for teachers in your country?

Dear Chat

We have to attend trainings and seminars throughout the year. Our officers visit our school frequently and give their support and advice. I prefer online conferences and seminars as it will save time, cost and save both teachers and resource persons the trouble of travelling long distances. Further I think it a wastage of time too, as the travelling time can be utilised for teaching and making presentations etc. In future online Conferences will be more common and bring desired results. What do you think?

Kind regards

Namita

Dear namita

I agree with you. But it is now not too many teachers known how to use the online resources.  Maybe because it is not known by classroom educaters. I am now trying to train my teachers and telling them trough my Thai blog.  Like on the 11-12 November 2010 , I will train 30 teachers to learn elanguages. Sure I will show them how deligent teachers you are too. And they might be your partners. How about visiting my training class for a few minutes while you are in class, it might inpire your students what you are doing with foriegn country,Anyway  incase you are convenient. My skype name is chat.boonya3.   at any time just click me.

I will do the online elanguage  training course that  not to bring teachers out of schools in the future.

I used to do the online traininng couse with teachers successfully.  But it is about ID Plan course with 7 teachers plus principal. They are far away from me 1000 kilometers.

Thanks for your sharing..Namita

Dear Chat

It gives me immense pleasure to tell you that teaching is still the noblest profession in India though it is a bit tough to cope up with the new challenges which today's teachers are facing. I personally have learnt so much from you so my sincere thanks to you and to madam Sawat as well.

Hope you will keep on guiding me in future too.

AK Sharma
