Uche signed our poster. He told us about Nigerian culture, food, languages... "But at the end of the day we are all the same", he said. We will always remember that answer.

We 2nd ESO (section A) managed to get in touch with Uche, Nigerian footballer in our local team Zaragoza FC, and we were invited to the Romareda Football Stadium. We are fortunate at Northwood School to have many Yoruba children. In Year 3 we had a Yoruba day when the children wore their Yoruba clothes. Children taught the class some Yoruba words and demonstrated a traditional dance. All the children produced some bata music and Tomi wrote an acrostic poem about life in Nigeria.
