Hi, to you all, firstly I thank Naina for the beautiful gifts. Especially the scarf/shawl. A happy New year to you all. We are rehearsing, only in lesson times, which is 45 mins a week, your play and others form around the world. I started it the international week and did take photos but could not download them. We hope to record a lesson rehearsal of yours in a couple of weeks and I will send you a DVD of it. We hope that by the end of this term I will have at least a rehearsal of every Y7 and 8 class which I teach doing their multicultural plays.. Eventually perhaps we will devote an afternoon or morning to show these to each of the groups with minumal props. I believe your Cinderella was amazing..and Mr West was extremely impressed. At present in England we have had alot of snow and ice and driving has been difficult. Last Friday the school was closed as many staff and pupils could not get in. I must go to a meeting now but I just had to write to tell you a little about the progress of the play. Thanks for the script!!! Love to Naina and to all our penfriends. Lara Barber

The machine turns into a disaster. The mad idea sprouted in the old mind to counter the local bullies. How beautifully the ideas are fabricated round the Mad Scientist ! Lucy deserves all praise for this imaginative piece of writing.

Michael wrote the story of Michael and very diftly wove a scholarly piece of literacy composition of 'A Eureka Moment' that took him out of the ditch of quandaries. Poverty was atrophying his hopes. Suddenly he discovered a piece of paper with a message of love and pride. Euphoric with hope, he rose to his feet and depression was overcome. This is how he found peace ot Eureka moment. A deftly drafted piece of writing.

RoyalCommonWealh Essay Compitition- The Day the Computer Went Wrong
16 years ago

' The Day The Computer Went Wrong', is a creative and an ironical piece of writing. Different incidents are knit together to make it creative. Beginning with birthady party, licking ice-cream cone, seeing a movie and finally finding a piece of breakfast all incidents are tied beautifully together by Sarah.
