Recipe of bread curd bhalla Ingredients: 6 Bread slices 250 ml Beaten Curds 100 ml Milk 100 gram sugar 2 tsp Salt 1tbsp Ginger, finely chopped 1tbsp Green Chilies, finely chopped 1 tsp Coriander, finely chopped 1 tsp Cashew nuts, finely chopped 1 tbsp Raisins, finely chopped 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds, Grounded 1 tsp Red Chili powder Buttermilk as required Pomegranate seeds Method: Cut the sides of the Bread slices. Combine the nuts, Ginger, Chili, Coriander and spices. Add Salt to Milk. Soak one bread slice in the Milk at a time. Hold the soaked slice in your hand. Stuff 1 tbsp of nuts and vegetable mixture. Close the bread in your palms in the shape of ball. Repeat this with the rest of the slices. Arrange the Bhallas on a serving dish. Add sugar to curd.Mix well and pour on top just before serving. Garnish with chopped Coriander, Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder, Red Chili Powder ,Pomegranate seeds .
